Would You Like To Learn How To Put On A Spectacular Raw Dinner Party?

Do you have someone you’d like to impress?

Do you have friends that think ‘eating raw’ means limp lettuce, carrot sticks and apple?

Do you have a partner you’d really like to be more into raw food, to share your journey, even if it’s only every once in a while?

Let’s face it, we have all faced at least one or more of these situations, and if it’s something that’s hot for you in your life now, then I’ve got another question for you:

Would you like to spend a day with me and other like-minded people, in an intimate 1-day class, showing you how to wow friends and family with an amazing raw dinner party, and then have the day topped off with a 3 course gourmet raw dinner party with your new friends?

Surely it doesn’t get any better than that, does it?

That’s the opportunity available to you and a limited number of people on Saturday 10th November. I’m inviting you to come and visit us in the beautiful Cathedral City of Chichester, to a beautiful converted barn, set against the South Downs, with the white towers of Glorious Goodwood on the horizon.

The Raw Chef’s Dinner Party Training Experience

Here’s what you’ll experience during this class…

After a short introduction from me, we’ll get straight into our first demo: Tomato & Caramelised Onion Tart with Balsamic Crust & Tahini Sauce. Then, following a short break, you’ll learn exactly how to make my famous Chocolate Torte with Berry Coulis and Ginger Sauce.

Lunch will be light, to give you space for the evening meal, so we’ll be having a beautiful fresh salad with a selection of dressings. This will provide me with the perfect opportunity to tell you everything I know (including a few secrets I have up my sleeve!) about how to make incredible salads and dressings in minutes, with whatever ingredients you have to hand.

After lunch I’ll be showing you how to make a spectacular raw lasagne, including ideas on a ‘quick’ version, and how to plate them individually or make one big lasagne to take to friends’ houses.

Then before we sit down and enjoy the fruits of our labour, I’ll be cramming in as much information as I can about basic knife skills, how to plan your dinner party, how to present your food and table, and I’ll be answering your questions 1-2-1 in a Q&A section; all of which is designed to help you put on your own dinner party to the acclaim of friends and family alike.

I’m passionate about helping you make your own dinner party a smashing success so you will, of course, leave with a full list of useful resources and recipes, and other useful information.

The class will start at 10am and finish at 5:30pm. Once you have booked, all necessary information on how to get there will be emailed to you. I will also forward details of local B&Bs on request, should you wish to make a weekend of it and take advantage of the beautiful local area in the evening and on Sunday.

  2. […] What’s the experience? You can read all about it in this post for the first class I did back in November. The only difference is that the location is my house in Bognor Regis, so you’ll get to see how my kitchen is set-up for raw success. […]

  3. Hello James,

your raw food classes sound really fun…I was just wondering, is it going to be all theory or participants get to ‘cook’ during the class?

    Thanks,

    best regards,

    Alice

From Russell: Hi Alice, thanks for your question. There will be some ‘hands on’ food prep during the class for anybody who wants to help.

And why do so many people call me James? :-) LOL.
