I went to NYC about 3 weeks ago to do the Raw Food circuit, and The Plant was on my list of places to see, along with a lot of other places, and it seems it's longer open. As is any of the Blue/Green Organic places. I've seen that you have mention The Plant in some of your recipes, so I was wondering if you knew anything.
