True leaders of our generation
"Perhaps the most central characteristic of authentic leadership is the relinquishing of the impulse to dominate others"
The word ‘leadership’ means many things to many people. It was certainly a word I heard many interpretations of when I was a retail manager. For me, stories like that of Billy Parish (pictured left) embody leadership. Reading his story gives me reason to believe in the theory that everything is in balance, and that for all of the worst things that are happening in the world today, so can be found the absolute best of what we are capable of.
