Thanks for the details of the orange and mint centres for the chocolate torte - can't wait to try it! My son Jamey and I are very excited about attending Chad Sarno's 2 day raw chef training in 2 weeks and we look forward to seeing you there! Should be an awesome weekend!

Creamy centres were done in a Vita Mix. Orange was...

2c macadamias
1c orange juice
2T orange zest
4 dates

Minty creamy centres...

2c macadamias
2c mint leaves, loosely packed
¼c agave
pinch salt
pinch cayenne
2t lime juice
1/8c + ¼c water

You'll find that these quantities make alot of cream so either half the recipe amounts or use them on another dessert such as on the top of cookies or as an ice cream sauce.

Have fun!

Thanks Russell - my mouth's watering already. Just one more thing, how did you make the orange and mint fillings for the torte we had at the Raw Dinner Party in London? They were such a nice combination of flavours.

Hiya Kelly, thanks for the comments! I've already posted the torte recipe back in Feb. If you click on 'Raw Recipes' in the catagories section of the right hand side bar you'll see it entitled 'Love Chocolate' on Feb 4th. The only difference is the size of the torte, the recipe is for one large one but for the dinner party I made smaller ones. I will be putting these recipes in a book but that should keep you going for now! :-) Any problems or other questions then please do let me know.

Hi Russell

My partner and I were at the Raw Dinner Party in London on 23rd and wow! what a fantastic evening - the food was superb - both mouth-wateringly presented and truly delicious and it was so nice to come away feeling pleasantly full and full of energy. So thank you so much for all your hard work and we will definitely be coming again! Please, please, please can we have the recipe for the chocolate torte.
