  4. Oh My…The tour de force! I’ve been asleep at the wheel! I didn’t even know you existed until recently. Do you use all raw ingredients? How do you use Irish moss? I’m really impressed. I specialize in raw diner style food. And I make mock vegan meats and cheeze. I’m about to open a raw restaurant in KC. I’ll have to have you come and be a guest chef! You’re awesome!

  5. Hi Heidi, well, you’ve found me now :-) I do use all raw ingredients, with the exception of the odd thing such as tamari, maple syrup and nutritional yeast. If I’m using non-raw ingredients in a recipe, I’m always careful to let people know.

We can’t get Irish Moss over here in the UK (not the white kind I saw in NYC, anyway), but I have been on the lookout for a supplier. If you have details of a US supplier, please forward to me as I’d like to see if they would ship over here. Irish Moss is so versatile!

    Thanks for your comments :-)
