Build and they will come!  How the numbers have grown at our dinner parties since the first one back in January.  Last night was the biggest group I’ve catered for in one go - 14 people all expecting (and getting) a three course raw delight.  It was such a challenge and great experience to deliver food on that scale.

You can check out the photos in the photo album on this site and see what a great night was had by everyone.  My food was just part of the evening as everyone chatted, laughed (mostly at Pete’s jokes!) and generally had a ball.  My thanks and gratitude go out to everyone who came and made it all work.

So now my focus is on the next dinner party which will be held in Soho’s Vita Organic .  I was in London visiting Phung on Friday to agree the final details (mental note to self:  Don’t visit London on St Patrick’s Day again!) and I have a menu all ready to go!  You will be able to download that menu from this very site by the end of next week and tickets can be bought from The Fresh Network starting tomorrow, the 20th of March.

But even before that, I’m going to be demoing at The Fresh Network Open Day in Ely which will be the subject of my next post…
