Thursday the 30th of August. That’s the day my first eZine, ‘News From The Kitchen’ (NFTK) will be hitting your inboxes and the very first featured recipe is the one you see above. That’s right, I’ll be giving you the recipe for this rather magnificent dessert to impress your friends with.

just discovered your website and love the look of your recipes which i will try soon i am new to raw food and am in need of some help particularly where my children are concerned i need ideas and child friendly recipes for school lunches i cannot find info that seems to be specifically for children if you can help or point me in the right direction i would be grateful.
