					<description>If you want to see a very direct link between diet and mental health, type 'candida' into google.  Candida is a normal part of everyone's internal flora.  But start ingesting antibiotics (something very easy to do for meat and dairy consumers in the US at least, quite apart from taking it as medication) and you begin to knock the flora off balance.  Add to that a typical Western diet full of sugars (complex carbohydate in wheat as well as simple sugars) and you end up with a candida overgrowth.  That is then a very serious health problem, and mood and fatigue disorders are a common part of the story.  Also prevention is a *LOT* easier than cure.  So keep up the good raw-fooding educational work as well as making the stuff!
