Spirulina Smarties
No, this isn’t a recipe for raw Smarties :-) Those pesky little blue Smarties are coming back after public opinion about the colouring used forced Nestlé to rethink and come up with another solution.
Note to US readers: think of Smarties as a kind of European M&M (even though we have those too).
The solution for a substitute for blue food colouring?…Spirulina!
